Within the scope of ongoing efforts to digitalize quality processes at our University, the KVYS (Quality Management Information System), developed by Kastamonu University, has been put into use at our University with the contributions of the Digital Transformation Office.
Through the KVYS system:
- The digital tracking, up-to-date management, and centralized access of documents used across the University will be ensured;
- Data requested from academic and administrative units within the scope of the Strategic Plan, the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK), and activity/process management will be collected digitally;
- Internal audit processes are planned to be conducted through this software.
